What you have in your hand is a resource, don’t underrate it rather manage it correctly.
In the midst of peer pressure and toxic culture, pray for your children teenagers, and youth to be preserved and stay invested in Christ’s kingdom assignment.
Whatever is in your hand is a trust.
Your present work, service, duty, or family position is not an accident. You are where you are for a purpose, you must discover the same and manage it effectively.
Don’t live for a false sense of compensation, don’t quit because of your unappreciative leader, and don’t stop because of ungrateful colleagues. Your pay grade is from God, not man.
You are in charge, you are an overseer. You must be a manager of times and seasons. Seasons never remain the same so you must follow the glory, not the money.
In the management of purpose, decisions are not based on money, finance, or personal gain. Decisions are based on God’s time and season. It’s about the glory and honor of God.
The higher you go in purpose, the more power you have through God. Power can be intoxicating, and guard against abuse, oppression, arrogance, and self-indulgence.
In the management of purpose, you must be self-aware. Know your poison so you can avoid it. Know your weakness so you can guide against it.
Seek to grow and multiply what the Father has committed into your hands.
Father, help me to be faithful to what you have given me and not to lose it.
Lord Jesus deliver me from the evil of my day. Help me not to waste my youth and my days. Help me to invest it correctly.
Father, Help me to focus on my service. Elevate my sight in my management, and help me to see beyond the many distractions of life.
Father, help me to manage my times and seasons. Help me to maximize my time to move with the glory of God, not money and finance.
Give me the boldness to step out in faith, help me to obey you in all circumstances, and faithfully manage my purpose.
Dear Holy Spirit, empower and help me to implement the purpose and act. Help me to take action and despise the fear. I will not be
Father, Elevate me and put me in charge. Promote me to the next level, bring me out of the shadows, and cause my light to shine.
Father, remove from me the heart and mind of wickedness. Help me not to be an abusive and oppressive leader.
Father, show me my weakness, show me my poison and deliver from my own poison. Keep me Lord from stumbling. Help me not to come under divine sanctions. Father, deliver me from self-indulgences.
Father, help me to compound and multiply opportunities. Empower me to grow, increase and multiply the resources you have given me.
In Jesus’ Name, I receive capacity. I am free against self-indulgences. I stand against the devil’s wiles.
I am sound and wise. I live in health. I am a more purposeful manager of resources and purpose.
I will bring increase and multiply all that God has given me.
I will be faithful.
I will finish well because I have all it takes to succeed.
