Can I Get A Witness

One of the lost practices of the Christian faith is our failure to bear first-hand witness to others of our encounter with Jesus Christ, the Author of Life.
God demands that through your public statement, you make His Name and Ways known among the nations.
“May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us—so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.”(Psalms 67:1-2).
This is, as much as I can tell, the main instrument by which God fills the earth with the knowledge of His Glory.
Whenever a changed person testifies, he endorses the message of the Gospel in the same way a satisfied customer introduces his friends to a ‘wonder’ product she just chanced upon. Only in this case, the product is Christ and His Redeeming Love.
Whether it is an adulterous Woman from Samaria who had found God’s undeserved forgiveness or a madman who had just been delivered from the spirit of insanity, it is a sign of true gratitude when people go back home to their own and simply proclaim in their hearing how much they have been touched by the Love of God.
A world in crisis, a country in distress, a people disgruntled need to hear the good news that it doesn’t all end here. Their victory is already secured for them that is not dependent on any campaign or election process.
In full gratitude, let us all “return home and tell how much God had done…” The neighbors are waiting, your colleagues are hitching, associates are anticipating, and relations are looking forward to hearing of your new life and your encounter with Christ.

LET US PRAY:
Dear Heavenly Father, mark me with your Grace and Blessing! Make me a faithful witness and an inspiring signpost to the world of your life-redeeming power.
I will not be silent, My mouth and life will testify of your wondrous works to everyone around me today and always. May the saving knowledge of Christ fill the earth as the waters cover the sea.
May the veil be broken off the heart and eyes of people as they encounter the witness of Christ through my life Jesus’ Name. Amen.
