As a nation, we may not be where we ought to be but it could have been worse. Remember God is forever faithful.
Maybe you have a feeling of disappointment but do not panic. Do not despair… God is faithful. Know there is only one messiah, Jesus Christ, no human can save any other or a nation. The king also rules the affairs of men.
In all the crisis, there is only one kingdom that will remain unshakeable and perfect, and that is the kingdom of Christ.
Indeed great nations are either successfully built on the platform of righteousness or vagrantly destroyed by the sinfulness and self-indulgence of both leaders and their citizenry.
Nations will remain great only if they uphold the virtue of godliness and celebrate it. From the days of yore, the true Church has always been the Custodian and Preserver of this value.
Nigeria’s destiny lies in the confession and intentional actions of the Nigerian Church.
Together, let’s declare God’s will over Nigeria and think of ways to build the people.
Now by faith, Pray over and Bless This Nation with Psalms 122:1-9 NIV.
LET US PRAY:
In Jesus’ Name, I declare:
Lord, according to your Word, I declare that the spirit of joy is restored to our land. All depression and hopelessness are removed in Jesus’ Name. “ We will rejoice at your goodness over our nation.
Lord, I declare that none of us will be seduced or removed from our firm place of purpose and callings toward doing this nation’s good. Yes “Our feet are standing in your gates, Oh Nigeria”
Lord, I declare we are an altar-building nation. Henceforth, Nigerians will prioritize and intensify the worship of Jehovah. I declare that each tribe in Nigeria will rise “to praise the name of the Lord according to the statute of God’s Word”.
Lord, I declare peace and justice shall reign within the walls of this nation. There shall be no shedding of innocent blood in this season of transition and beyond.
Lord will declare evil and corruption will not rule again in this land. The heart of our leaders from the presidency to governors, from Senate to House of Representatives and state House of Assembly shall be turned to doing good.
From the public sector to the private sector, the fear of God will reign. We shall be a people devoted to integrity, hard work, innovation, and righteousness. There is a new culture of righteous living in this land.
A New and prosperous nation shall emerge. Nigeria will not be wasted but God’s promise will be fulfilled over her.
We thank you for the watchers who have taken over these words to the father. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
