Slaves To Righteousness
…Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness.
20 When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness.
21 What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death!
22 But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.

It has been an amazing nine days of word and prayer. It came like rain and poured on us… then it broke loose like a dam and set us free to live on purpose. Our identity in Him is clearer and refined.
I urge you to live in this new identity by leaning into the grace and help of the Holy Spirit. Don’t seek to be like someone else, seek to live in the image of God as revealed in His word to you.
In the journey of purpose, sacrifice is inevitable. Yes! you’ll need to prioritize the will of God and become fully focused, consecrated, and bound to that purpose in order to accomplish it.
When you move in purpose, it will hit different and hard choices have to be made.
The purpose is not by self-preference or comfort. It’s a call to be dead to the lustful appeal of flesh, and to affinities that may lead you contrary to the Spirit.
You have to make sure your priority is first the will of God. You must proclaim the domain of God. Every purposeful child must consecrate in relationships, association, and all.
In reality, we are all bound to something; either to self, lust, and worldly pleasures or to God and His will. To be a man or woman of purpose, you need to surrender your life to be totally governed by the Holy Spirit of God.
A man or woman of purpose is one that is a slave to righteousness, one fully consecrated to doing the will of the father and following the leading of the Spirit at all times.
LET US PRAY:
Read Luke 9:57-62, Col 3:9-10, Titus 3:4-8, Romans 6:19-23, Romans 13:14, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 4:22
Father, I want to make Jesus first above and before my closest affinities. Help me Lord that my love for your will shall override all other desires in me.
Father, I consecrate myself. I turn myself over into your hands. Help me Lord to be fully focused. I consecrate my money. I consecrate my time. I consecrate my wins. I consecrate my new ventures. I consecrate my relationships. I consecrate every bit of my assignment.
I consecrate my whole body and soul to you. I am governed by the Holy Spirit, not the self. I give myself as an offering that is holy and pleasing to you. I release my purpose to worship you freely and fully. My purpose is offered to Christ fully.
Father thank you for saving me from the hold of sin and unrighteousness. Right now I’m renewed I rule over my appetite. I consecrate my appetite, my desires, my fantasies, and my dreams.
In Jesus’ Name I declare, I am a practitioner of the new life. I’m a new man in Christ Jesus. I’m a true son of my father. I remain committed to doing the will of my father. I put to death all things flesh and self-indulgence. I will not be a lost destiny. My purpose is too loaded and consecrated, I will not be a statistic of lost destinies.
Father, I declare I’m united with the spirit of God. I refuse to listen to myself. I listen to the Governor, the Holy Ghost to guide me.
Seductive and lustful desires lose their power to control me. The anointing of the Lord keeps me from living a life of prostitution.
Father, I rededicate my mind and body to be ruled by the Spirit of God. I am a carrier of the Holy Spirit so I am holy. I detach and severe myself from erotic thoughts and pornography, they lose their appeal in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I confess my weaknesses and I surrender them to your Lordship. Henceforth my body, soul, and mind will no longer be on offer to sin and unrighteousness. I serve the Lord in righteousness with my body, soul, and mind. I am m focused on purpose and the will of the Father now and forevermore. Amen.
