Purpose lessons
What you have in your hand is a resource, don’t underrate it rather manage it correctly.
In the midst of peer pressure and toxic culture, pray for your children teenagers, and youth to be preserved and stay invested in Christ’s kingdom assignment.
Whatever is in your hand is a trust.
Your present work, service, duty, or family position is not an accident. You are where you are for a purpose, you must discover the same and manage it effectively.
Don’t live for a false sense of compensation, don’t quit because of your unappreciative leader, and don’t stop because of ungrateful colleagues. Your pay grade is from God, not man.
You are in charge, you are an overseer. You must be a manager of times and seasons. Seasons never remain the same so you must follow the glory, not the money.
In the management of purpose, decisions are not based on money, finance, or personal gain. Decisions are based on God’s time and season. It’s about the glory and honor of God.
The higher you go in purpose, the more power you have through God. Power can be intoxicating, and guard against abuse, oppression, arrogance, and self-indulgence.
In the management of purpose, you must be self-aware. Know your poison so you can avoid it. Know your weakness so you can guide against it.
Seek to grow and multiply what the Father has committed into your hands.
