18 Once when Jesus was praying in private and his disciples were with him, he asked them, “Who do the crowds say I am?”
19 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, that one of the prophets of long ago has come back to life.”
20 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
Peter answered, “God’s Messiah.”

29 As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning.

Purpose Lessons
Jesus had a private prayer life. If Jesus needed to pray, much more you need to pray. You must have a consistent prayer life to be one that will fulfill your purpose.
A consistent prayer life will transform you, move you away from carnality, and translate you into a man/woman that has discernment and wisdom.
You have to be able to answer the question, who am I? People will define you by their own concepts but must not allow people to define you outside of your own identity as revealed to you in Christ.
It is important to know who you are so you don’t live by the label of people’s opinions.
To fulfill your purpose, you must understand time and season in your journey so you may know what to focus on per time in order to power to the finish. A clear understanding of time and season will help you to birth your purpose.
You need to know when and where to be in the journey of purpose.
Many times we have fear of all manner of things because we have not made enough investment in prayer. As you invest time in prayer on an incremental basis privately and publicly, faith will rise within you and God’s mighty glory will come into your life.
Purpose is missed when you only live by sight, feelings, and emotions.
Purpose is fulfilled when you elevate the spirit and connect with the Holy Spirit.
God is spirit, you are a spirit being having a temporal physical experience. So you need to stay connected to the Holy Spirit in order to fulfill your purpose.
When God leads you there, that is where you are supposed to live no matter the world’s expectations or human agenda.
By God, it is your season and time for purpose and abundance but you have to be able to see this and receive it by faith.
Purpose Prayer
Father, grant unto me the spirit of wisdom as stability for me in a volatile, uncertain, and confusing time in the world. Give me stability in this ever-shifty world.
Father, reveal to me what is hidden from the sight of humans. Make plain to me things concerning my purpose, destiny, and assignment. Grant me a full understanding of what I’m supposed to be doing, where, when, and with whom I’m supposed to be. Grant me clarity, open my eyes to see, understand the signs, and discern the time.
Father, save me from wrong definitions. Deliver me from the wrong purposes people are trying to push on me and from the wrong agenda of people.
Lord, mature me beyond human agenda. Raise my understanding, Raise my consciousness of who I am and my purpose. Help me to refuse wrong labels and identity. Help me to live above the soul.
Father Lord, sharpen my spirit to be sensitive and live on the cutting edge of the Spirit of God.
Father connect me with the divine, connect me with the realm of the Spirit
Father, Help me to stop defining myself by the world standard and expectations, by human agenda. Help me to ride upon the human agenda as a vehicle to my purpose but not to live by it.
Father, Grant unto me the strength of character and personal discipline to deny my flesh from self-indulgencies and all carnal tendencies.
Father grant unto me revelation and discernment in my heart to know that my time and season and the location you have for me to engage and finish my purpose.
Father, grant unto me an understanding of times and seasons on the earth, for my career, my relationships, and all areas of life.
