Consecrate Your Purpose (2)
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared,
5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
8 This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone
– Titus 3:4-8

Purpose Lessons
In Christ, the old life of compromise is gone there is a new you. You have to see a new you that has crucified sinful desires. You have to see yourself in the sanctified nature of Christ and reset your mind to actualize your new self.
You will not see it through unless you are willing to die and sacrifice for purpose.
You are God’s image bearer on earth, live and act like a co-creator with God.
Being Born again gives you access to seeing the kingdom, and unlocking all the blessings of the new life require you to grow into purpose and maturity. The kingdom is more than the starting point of being born again.
God wants you to be self-regulated and self-governing under the oversight of the Holy Spirit. You have been saved so you can live in dominion over sin and self. You are to govern self.
Samson started well but failed in fulfilling his purpose because he could not govern His appetite. Don’t listen to yourself, talk to yourself and govern yourself.
Nobody is free, we are all a slave to something either a slave to flesh, self, and personal desires or a slave to God and His will. You have a responsibility to commit yourself to the will of God. Choose to be a slave to God and His nature.
You will not be a casualty on the journey of life.
